Candidates must have demonstrable experience of general commercial office space planning and be able to undertake and deliver our spaceplanning services as defined below, to a high standard in terms of content and in line with our business mentality.

 
   
Spaceplanning Consultant
£35k+ and benefits*


Accommodation Modelling – development of client driven spatial models and accommodation standards

Feasibility Planning – assessment of property, restack and potential building occupancy

Detailed Planning – development of workplace scheme and implementation ready working layouts

Audits – survey of existing accommodation and creation of record information

Reporting - graphics and documentation to illustrate facts/findings

Product Application – selection and specification of workplace products and accessories

Move Management - move planning and logistics of personnel relocation, reconfiguration projects and day-to-day churn support.


Candidates must be fully conversant with AutoCAD 2006 [or later releases] and Microsoft Excel.
 


   
CAD Operator / Surveyor
£25k+ and benefits*
