To support our approach to spatial organisation, Plus or Minus works
with a concise set of methodologies including consultancy processes,
client protocols and working standards, which are documented in internal
publication as part of our organisational standards.
|
|
| |
|
One example of these standards is our ability to capture, analyse and
assess information across
three areas: Organisational Drivers - addressing
business critical initiatives and objectives Factual
- capture of measurable data and constraints Individualisation
- awareness of personal opinion, desire and habits
This technique enables us to accurately interpret requirements and prioritise criteria that will support corporate drivers
as well as the functional and individual needs of a company's employees.
The emergence of this data collection technique is central to our
ability to build on our experience and make informed, client driven
decisions throughout the development of our work.

Organisational Standards
All of our organisational standards have evolved over a period of time and play
a significant part in maintaining consistency and high standards across both fee
based and internal operational activity.
|
|
| |
|
These standards are documented in a Business Handbook, which promotes quality, consistency, accuracy and efficiency across
fee based consultancy activities as well as a Employee Handbook,
which contains general policy statements covering a broad range of legislative
and company practice subjects.
